The accessory pack arrived in good time and was easy to install. My DriVR APEX controller clamp is now fully restored and my VR golf has resumed. In my case, the replacement was under warranty, thanks to Steve from DeadEye for taking care of this.

Really love the Apex, as a newcomer to VR I didn’t know what to expect, the Apex feels really realistic, once I got the weights calibrated to match my seven iron and made a few adjustments within the golf+ software I’m enjoying practicing at home. My bad shots are typically a pull left IRL and this is also the case with the Apex which tells me just how similar to real golf the simulation is. I’ve recommended to my friends to pick one up as well.

The weight system works really well... Had to get used to the longer club as far as the swing path goes. Don't put the quest controller to deep in the socket or it makes it hard to use the lower trigger.

I have the earlier model and definitely like this better. I did find one issue though. When I played out of a virtual sandtrap I hit the floor of my carport and the screw cap that holds the washer weights in place came off! I solved the problem with several wraps of electrical tap, problem solved!

What an incredible upgrade from my first DeadeyeVR club. This new one is exactly like hitting a real club, with adjustable weights in the heel of the club, and more weights available to add onto the shaft. You won’t feel anything more realistic!

I have several deadeyevr clubs and bought this one because they just released it. The club feels really good. it is strangely lightweight and has survived a few impacts in my house so far. I like that the controller buttons are more accessible than on the elite.
