I played every day since finding the Golf+ game on my Meta Quest 3. I knew I wanted to upgrade as playing with just the controller was not a very realistic feel. I tried a less expensive one from Amazon but did not have the weight system. This driver Elite is close to a real club as you can get. I experimented with the number of weights and found 8 to feel like I'm swinging a 7 iron. I have a bad leg from a motorcycle accident years ago that made playing golf in real life very difficult and painful. I really love the game, and this set up feels so real to me. I think this is a must have if you are a Golf+ fan.
The extra 6" does make it feel more like a real club. It's only about an inch shorter than my pitching wedge and with just 3 of the washers. It's around 500 grams total. My XXIO 10 pitching wedge is only 400 grams. So you should be able to match the weight of your clubs with the extra washers on the end. The one thing I had to do was make my Golf+ wedges longer as I was hitting the floor. Plus when putting I can rest the putter on the floor to line up the put. Feels more realistic. Hopefully I'll only need to a few buckets of balls on the range to make the transition to my real swing. I should point out that I do have 9 foot ceilings and I'm only 5'5".
Look, if you're serious about VR golf, this is a must-have. The reviews are spot on. The club makes VR golf feel like the real thing. I've tried other VR golf clubs and they've all felt gimmicky. Glad I found the Elite!
Makes VR Golf+ feel realistic, you can add the weights as well to match your driver. When you turn the club you also see that your club turns in the game. Must have if you enjoy Golf+. Club is in partnership with Golf+, make sure you select this club in the settings.
Dead eye VR is without a dojbt the best club in the game. I wouldn't play with any other club for Golf+! I highly recommend it to anyone playing Golf on Vr. Its honestly a bo brainer and i wouldnt play the game without it.
Deadeye VR has the very best attachments to use with any of your VR needs. The golf attachments are second to none. Above all the you won't find better customer service anywhere.
I liked the game before I got the club. Now I love this game. I also got the haptic device which adds to the realism. I am addicted to this game now. The Dead eyes are must have !
Feels like real golf. I play 90 rounds a year and this is very realistic. LOve the DeadeyeVR club...the weights are a perfect addition to this very realsitic feel.
I had ordered a golf handle through Walmart. Used it maybe for two days before the plastic broke and sent my controller into a wall and barely missed my 60” LED TV. Took it back and ordered my DriVR Elite. Incredible quality and feel. Don’t waste your money, time or damaging your wall. Go ahead and order this one. Worth every penny.
