I played every day since finding the Golf+ game on my Meta Quest 3. I knew I wanted to upgrade as playing with just the controller was not a very realistic feel. I tried a less expensive one from Amazon but did not have the weight system. This driver Elite is close to a real club as you can get. I experimented with the number of weights and found 8 to feel like I'm swinging a 7 iron. I have a bad leg from a motorcycle accident years ago that made playing golf in real life very difficult and painful. I really love the game, and this set up feels so real to me. I think this is a must have if you are a Golf+ fan.
This works perfect for 8’ ceilings and with all the attachments ie.. the donut weights and the weighted extension, it is true to the weight of my Callaway Rouge driver (also the one I use in Golf+). I would highly recommend this to any golfer that is worried about their RL golf game. With this setup, the transition is somewhat simple Simply put, I love it!
The extra 6" does make it feel more like a real club. It's only about an inch shorter than my pitching wedge and with just 3 of the washers. It's around 500 grams total. My XXIO 10 pitching wedge is only 400 grams. So you should be able to match the weight of your clubs with the extra washers on the end. The one thing I had to do was make my Golf+ wedges longer as I was hitting the floor. Plus when putting I can rest the putter on the floor to line up the put. Feels more realistic. Hopefully I'll only need to a few buckets of balls on the range to make the transition to my real swing. I do have 9 foot ceilings and I'm only 5'5".

WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER! Here’s a thorough breakdown of the DeadEyeVR DriVR Elite Chrome and why it stands out as the best VR golf club available:
The Flexible Stepped Steel Shaft — The Signature Feature
This is what separates the Chrome from every other VR golf attachment on the market, including other DriVR models. It features a flexible steel shaft which provides the most realistic feeling of any DriVR model. Real golf clubs flex during a swing — this is what creates that satisfying whip through impact — and the Chrome actually replicates that. No other VR golf club attachment does this.
Extended Length & Realistic Weight Distribution
Unlike compact VR golf attachments, the DriVR Elite boasts an increased length of around 28 inches. This design pushes the weight further from your hands, replicating the momentum and follow-through of a real golf swing — something shorter attachments simply cannot do. When you hold a short, lightweight handle, your brain knows it’s not a club. The Elite Chrome fools it completely.
Variable Weight System
The DriVR Elite includes a variable weight system with 100g of optional weights, allowing you to fine-tune the club’s balance. This is a game changer because everyone has a different swing and preference. You can start light and add weight as you get more comfortable, or dial it in to match the feel of your real-world irons or driver.
Native Golf+ Integration
The DriVR Elite is natively integrated into Golf+. You simply select it from the in-game controller attachments menu. No fiddling with settings, no calibration headaches — it’s plug-and-play with the most popular VR golf game available. Competing products require manual workarounds.
Optimal Tracking
The reverse controller cup tracks the Quest 3 extremely well. Many cheaper alternatives block the controller’s IR sensors, causing tracking loss mid-swing — possibly the most frustrating thing that can happen in VR golf. The Elite Chrome’s design eliminates this problem.
Premium Build Quality
The overall build quality feels really good, with premium materials that feel sturdy, durable, and look great. The controller holder is thick and solid with no flex or wobble at all when put under strain. This matters because a loose controller fit introduces inaccuracy into every shot.
Real Golfers Feel the Difference
One verified buyer who tested multiple VR golf clubs put it best, saying the Elite Chrome felt like a real golf club in every way — the look, the swing, and even the haptic “tink” when making contact felt like hitting a real golf ball. That same buyer had tried cheaper options first and found them to be little more than fancy handles by comparison.
Why It Beats Every Competitor
Competitors like the Yezro, AMVR, and Virtual Printality’s Golf Grip Pro all have merits, but they each fall short in at least one critical area. The Yezro has a more premium controller mount but is shorter and doesn’t swing like a real club. The AMVR prioritizes tracking angle over realism. The Golf Grip Pro is only 17 inches long. The DriVR Elite is definitively the best VR golf club you can get according to real-world users who have tested the competition side by side.
The Chrome version specifically sits at the top of the entire DriVR lineup because of that flexible stepped steel shaft — it’s the one feature that makes it feel less like a toy and more like you’re actually standing on a fairway.
Easy to install and still had great access to controler buttons. Used two weights - seems more realistic than one added weights. The added weight really helps with stabilizing my hands while putting.
Don’t give up before the magic happens.
I almost made that mistake myself. At first, the half-cups on the Revolt Enforcer took some getting used to, and I was ready to return it and trade for the Enforcer v.2. Then the team asked me one simple question: “Are you using the straps we sent with it?”
My answer was no. But once I tried the straps, it was a night-and-day difference. The very next day, I emailed them to cancel my return request—I had found my new gunstock.
For context, I also own the Butcher and a Provolver and I have tried and then returned several others including the Armory R1, so I’m not new to this space. What sets the Enforcer apart is the simplicity:
No compatibility headaches.
No Bluetooth dropouts.
No mods to install.
That doesn’t mean you lose control over your setup. Quite the opposite—you can adjust firing rate, recoil strength, and even tweak trigger delay. Between those three, you can fine-tune the feel so closely that it’s almost indistinguishable from the weapon you’re holding in-game.
Now, I want to be clear—I’m not here to bag on the ProVolver. I really do enjoy mine. It has impressive haptics, and when everything lines up it’s an awesome experience. But if you’re considering the Enforcer, chances are you’re also weighing the ProVolver. That’s the crossroads I was at, and here’s the key difference I found:
The ProVolver is great when it works, but it only works in certain games, and even then it can break with firmware updates or patches. For me personally, I also don’t get much value out of gun rumble because I wear a haptic vest. That already gives me all the feedback I need. What I want from a gunstock is the ability to match the weapon I’m using in-game—to configure it, to have it fire like that weapon, and to do it consistently. And hands down, the Enforcer does that every single time, without fail.
I’ve used it across Ready or Not, Breachers, Pavlov, Onward, 6 Days in Fallujah, Tactical Assault VR, BodyCam, Walking Dead SS, Payday 2, and Insurgency Sand Storm and I’ll be testing it next in Vail and Contractors. No broken updates, no connection issues—just pick it up and play.
If there’s one improvement I’d love to see, it would be the ability to save my settings per game/weapon for quick swapping. And if Dead Eye ever offers straps that let you charge your motion controllers without having to remove anything, I’d grab them in a heartbeat.
Bottom line: The ProVolver is a solid product with its strengths, but the Enforcer is the one that delivers universal compatibility, precision tuning, and rock-solid reliability. For me, that combination makes it the clear choice. Huge thanks to Dead Eye for creating something that just works—and works every time.
(I apologize if I turned this review into a comparison test, I didn't mean to, it's just I think lots of people will be considering which one they should buy and I hoped to help them with what I have found to be true for me.)
I recently received the DeadEyeVR DriVR, and I can say that it's worth the money if you're really into golf apps such as DeadEye or Golf+ on the Quest. This is a great, quality product; solidly made, and not at all chintzy. I was skeptical at it's cost at first, but being that I've taken a fancy to VR Golf games, I wanted more of a kind of "real feel" experience in play and the DeadEyeVR DriVR has helped to provide that. I also found that my kids are enjoying using the DeadEyeVR DriVR not just with golf apps, but in how easy it is to be implemented with certain other games/apps as well. For example: As Little Leaguers, they use the Win Reality baseball/softball program and have actually found a benefit with the DeadEyeVR DriVR being more comfortable to use with the program than holding the controller by hand, or even using a recommended bat adapter (which for me in seeing them swing a 33in. bat can induce a little anxiety if you have a small room or basement). Though the handle is smaller than a regular bat's diameter, my kids have regard it to be an acceptable compromise...versus swinging a bat in the house. It took a little time for it to be delivered, but it didn't disappoint. I applaud DeadEyeVR for such a well made product, and ALSO for their great customer service as well! Don't hesitate to buy. Definitely a good, well-constructed product for use with multiple games/apps.
In my excitement to find boxing gloves to use with the Quest VR headset, I didn't read carefully that this was for Quest 2, and I realized too late that I had Quest 3. Whoops! I admit I haven't even played with the headset since I got it, as I vastly prefer doing things "IRL" as the kids say, and I box and kickbox at my gym almost every day. These gloves look like a regular pair of bag gloves, so I thought I'd try them out IRL, lol! They are great for hitting the double-end bag and the heavy bag. I threw a Superman punch just for s***s and giggles. Fun! Of course, I can't say how good they are with the Quest 2 headset, but I imagine they would be okay if they didn't interfere with using the controllers comfortably. If I were playing a boxing game in VR, I'd rather not wear gloves but do it barehand like shadowboxing. I think it would be easier to grip and use the controllers without gloves on. Unless they were weighted gloves, which would give a better workout. But these are super light. They are fully functional IRL, though! 🥊
This haptic feedback rifle stock is super cool, the entire thing feels very well made and it is easy to setup and use, the barrel part of the rifle can be adjusted to almost any length and the barrel is carbon fiber so the rifle actually has a really decent weight to it, both of my Quest 3 controllers pop in and out of the holders easily and both holders are attached to the rifle stock with a magnet, so you switch from a rifle to a pistol fairly fast and easy, another feature I like is that you can adjust the haptic feedback, the rifle and pistol feedback can be set to a single shot, semi automatic shot or fully automatic shot, you can also adjust the recoil strength, all in all this haptic feedback rifle stock has absolutely made my Quest 3 game playing feel a lot more real, I am super happy with the overall quality and performance of this rifle stock, definitely worth the price in my opinion.
I am an avid Supernatural user on Oculus. Supernatural is a workout program that leads you in boxing, sword swinging, and meditation all done in VR to your choice of music. A great way to get cardio. I really enjoy boxing as it gets the peak target heart rate, works up a heck of a sweat, and makes time fly by. Before you know it you have an hour workout in and you don't even realize it. When these gloves popped up on my feed I just HAD to have them. Two reasons, one that is probably not advertised by the seller or manufacturer. 1) Realism - Holding the controllers in each hand, although with a very tight grip, doesn't give the 'feel' of boxing. These boxing gloves hold the controllers FOR you and don't require to to be sure they don't fly across the room. 2) Protection - I have on many occasions gotten a bit carried away at times and punched shelves, walls, and even sent a floor lamp flying across the room at a hotel (Yes, I pack my Oculus on business trips). These gloves will prevent your hand from getting split open, bruised, or broken. Obviously, the seller can't guarantee this, but I can say it with certainty and proof. The ONLY bad part about these gloves is that I have very large hands. They don't fit completely on my hand as they should. Everyone else in my house had no problem wearing them, but for my hands, they are just too small to fit correctly. Do I still wear them? Yes. Some protection is better than none. Small to average hands and you do VR boxing? Jump on these! Worth every penny!
Look, if you're serious about VR golf, this is a must-have. The reviews are spot on. The club makes VR golf feel like the real thing. I've tried other VR golf clubs and they've all felt gimmicky. Glad I found the Elite!
There is no question this is the best VR golf club handle accessory on the market, but $100 for basically a piece of plastic with a rubber grip. I just bit the bullet and spent $85 on a new 9-iron and $70 on a new putter and those were actual golf clubs. I bought this when it first came out and it was priced at $39. I understand that inflation and the supply chain issues are likely factors to the cost increase but WOW! I have several friends that have purchased other golf club handles accessories at half the cost and they just don't compare to the quality of this one, but they are still functional. I feel if DeadEye would get this thing back below $50 their sales would go through the roof. UPDATE: 02/22/2023 - The price has come back down to a more reasonable price range. Kudos to the manufacturer for making that happen. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS ACCESSORY. Production and use note: If you mix VR and real golf you will quickly notice a small problem. The VR club rig weighs about 5oz, where as an actual 5-iron weighs in at about 14-16 oz. The first time you go golfing in the real world after a few rounds of VR, your REAL golf clubs are going to feel like they've been dipped in concrete. I would like to see a 'weighted' version of this club handle that closer assimilates the real thing. For now, we've added a 1lb. wrist weight to the end of the club handle and it has made a huge difference. On a positive note, the VR golf experience has actually helped my real golf game by helping my overall swing mechanics and muscle memory. Plus 'practice makes perfect', you just need to balance the club weight and you're good to go!
Very easy to use the build quality is amazing and has realistic golf club grip and it's definitely worth the value for your money It functions very accurately and fun to use
I don't write many reviews on Amazon. It's actually been years. But I felt the need to write my first in quite a while after receiving this DeadEyeVR attachment tonight - the base unit for Quest 3, not the Pro or Elite - after seeing quite a few reviews slagging it for its quality (or lack thereof). Sure, you can see the controller part of the mount has been 3D printed... but who cares?! It works. And it works great, at least the one I got sent. The grip is absolutely top-notch and when I put on my Quest 3 headset and fire up Golf+ I have zero idea I'm technically holding a fake club. There's even an extra added weight attachment provided that I haven't even felt any need or desire to use because the default weight of the grip/shaft seems perfect to me. I guess if you're looking to replicate the weight of clubs Jack Nicklaus used when he was a teenager, yo, have at it. If you have any passing interest in Golf+ and don't want to settle for the ghost limb feeling of playing with just a controller, I can't see going wrong with this purchase, I know I didn't. I'm hooked. And yes, my terrible slice in real life has been replicated with the DriVR and Golf+ but thankfully it seems I'm making slow progress in correcting that. Can't wait to see how my experience in game translates to the range. ADDENDUM: So I added the weight that came with the club and cannot deny... it feels awesome. I still slice every @#$%& shot, but I feel great swinging.
This pair of Ultimate Boxing Gloves - Updated Version and Improved Model for VR comfortable on the hands easy to put on and much easier to attached your controllers putting you right into the game. The build quality of the gloves are light lightweight sparring gloves. The gloves provide great protection from injury, and from damaging your VR. They fit my hands perfectly because of their realism and ease of putting on and taking off the gloves have proven to be a really good value. I love playing the VR boxing games and these upgraded gloves work perfectly.
We've really enjoyed using this so far! One of the issues that I had when initially playing Golf+ on the VR was that it would definite stretch and pull some nerves in my hands/wrists/forearms when I would swing a little off sometimes. This definitely helps alleviate some of that awkwardness/pain so for that alone I've been very grateful. It has actually been more accurate than I thought it would be as well just in terms of consistency with every swing. The setup was fairly easy, although I did end up having to set it up as a custom club instead of the integrated Deadeye setting because the club was facing backwards. But all in all I've been really impressed with the product and would recommend!
Great addition for playing Golf+. It has helped me substantially, I no longer have mishaps that I used to from just using the controller. Putting especially has been made easier and more accurate with the use of this product. The actual feeling of swinging a golf club makes the game that much more immersive as well. I'd recommend this product to anyone golfing in VR!
I'm an older, newer golfer that lives in Florida who likes to golf but can't always get on the course. Since I have a Quest 3 headset, I bought a golf program. Using just the controller as a club was totally unacceptable. I looked around & found this adapter & gave it a try. Some very easy assembly is required. There was no manual but a QR code & website address was provided. I used the web link which eventually took me to a YouTube video with the assembly instructions. Took about 10 minutes to put it all together with the provided tools. I did have to remove a small burr on the shaft so it would slip in the plastic holder easier. The provided nut has a lock washer built into it making sure it won't work it's way loose. My only super minor change I would make to this unit is to capture the thumb screw to the adapter as you have to remove it to put in the controller. This means there is a good chance at some time I will lose it! NOTE: The grip is the "standard" grip size. The bracket appears to be 3D printed & was pretty dense & heavy which means it looked really well built. It comes with an optional weight. After assembly with the weight I thought it felt a little heavy so I took it off. Then I did a very simple test comparing the weight of the Q3 controller adapter & my real clubs - slightly heavier than my high tech driver & slightly lighter than my pitching wedge. Conclusion for me - leave off the weight. Now the most important test, how to tell my golf sim (Golf +) about this adapter. I fired up the software, went to settings & there is was - the adapter by name. I selected it & then went 18 holes. The controller is held in very securely & I felt no motion when taking full swings. Now I can golf at home any time I want.
Makes VR Golf+ feel realistic, you can add the weights as well to match your driver. When you turn the club you also see that your club turns in the game. Must have if you enjoy Golf+. Club is in partnership with Golf+, make sure you select this club in the settings.
Wow what a fantastic attachment, surely the best on the market. I was very skeptical about the controller being underneath the shaft, however tracking is flawless. Perfect length, great materials, adjustable weight… what more can you ask for?
